Associate Teacher EJ Brennessel joined Poly Prep’s Lower School faculty in 2024. Before coming to Poly, she was an Associate Teacher at City & Country School. EJ received a BFA in Stage Management from Rutgers University. Prior to becoming a teacher, she worked at various NYC arts and cultural organizations such as the Brooklyn Academy of Music, New York City Center, MoMA PS1, and NYC Pride. EJ grew up in New Jersey and has called Brooklyn home since 2014. On the weekends, you might find her at the beach or park with her little black-and-white dog named Mickey.
